June 10, 2010

June 10, 2010—A new industry forum and networking reception will be held during this year’s Automotive Service Repair Week (ASRW) in Las Vegas.

The groups will hold two 45-minute sessions—one for mechanical and one for collision—to discuss current issues surrounding the industries. An hour networking reception and mixer will follow.

Forum sponsors are: The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF), the Women's Industry Network (WIN), the National Auto Body Council (NABC), the Automotive Management Institute (AMI) and the I-CAR Education Foundation.

The event will take place Oct. 10 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. following the NACE and the Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) events at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The cost is $40 before Aug. 17 and $50 any day after.
