Registration open for 2012 I-CAR Industry Event

April 30, 2012

April 30, 2012—Registration is now open for the 2012 I-CAR Industry Event, which is scheduled for July 18-20 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in San Antonio in conjunction with the July Collision Industry Conference (CIC) meeting.

The 2012 I-CAR Industry Event is a forum meant to advance industry knowledge, promote discussion, provide updates on the latest I-CAR news, recognize the achievements of I-CAR’s volunteers and instructors, and offer networking opportunities for attendees.

I-CAR said the event will include a State of I-CAR address, which will include a discussion regarding the impact of training on business performance. The event will also feature tech clinics and a panel discussion focused on driving excellence in the industry, such as how to achieve industry-wide and business-specific excellence in repair methods, business performance and professionalism.

I-CAR said it will also offer a response to the request made by several industry organizations in November 2011 regarding it’s participation to help establish industry repair standards based on OEM repair recommendations.

The event is open to all professionals within the collision repair industry, including repairers, insurers, auto manufacturers, suppliers, advisors, I-CAR instructors, and career and technical schools.

I-CAR is offering an early bird registration fee of $395 for all attendees who register prior to May 31. The event registration fee after May 31 is $450.

Additional information, including registration processes and a specific schedule of events, is available online.
