Nov. 2, 2011—Software and services provider Solera Holdings Inc. has purchased K&S Beheer B.V., a Netherlands-based collision repair shop management system provider.
The combination of Solera’s distribution capabilities and K&S Beheer’s products will enable Solera to offer collision repair shops in the Netherlands an integrated management solution that controls most operational elements of the collision repair process.
