Feb. 8, 2013—The Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) will partner with Petty’s Garage to support the second annual Petty’s Garage Performance Tour.
The performance tour gives fans and auto enthusiasts direct access to Petty’s Garage expert car designers, custom parts and unique vehicles through national events.
“The 2012 Petty’s Garage Performance Tour was a fantastic avenue for spreading the ALI vehicle lift safety message across the country,” said R.W. O’Gorman, president of ALI. “We’re happy to be back this year as we launch our ALI Lift Inspector Certification Program.”
Among the cars on display as part of the tour is the Legacy by Petty Challenger, a custom Dodge Challenger convertible built by Petty’s Garage as a tribute to Richard “The King” Petty.
