American Claims Management chooses Mitchell claims system

May 25, 2011 American Claims Management Inc., has chosen Mitchell International's WorkCenter product for processing claims.

Mitchell will provide auto physical damage claims processing products to American Claims, a national third-party claims administrator. The company will implement the entire WorkCenter suite including assignment, review, compliance, total loss, and reporting.

"The decision to go with Mitchell was based on WorkCenter's ease of integration with our claims system and a dedicated account management team offering exceptional service," said Dhara Patel, senior vice president of commercial casualty for American Claims. "We also highly value the fact that WorkCenter Total Loss has the ability to improve our claims process by reducing settlement times and increasing customer satisfaction."
