Feb. 12, 2013—Registration is now open for “Driving Change,” the 2013 Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS), to be held May 21-22 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare near Chicago.
This year’s symposium will feature four hands-on breakout sessions on succession planning, improving employee morale and customer loyalty, trends impacting the automotive aftermarket, and successfully closing the gap between strategic planning and execution.
"We are excited to take attendees deeper into several important subject matters with our new breakout sessions," said Denny Welvaert, chairman of GAAS. "These sessions will be a strong complement to an impressive lineup of presentations and panel discussions on important industry topics."
Danielle Russell, automotive industry director for Google, will be on hand to present “Consumer Insights and Opportunities—Three Game-Changing Trends.” The presentation will explain what information the aftermarket must embrace to enhance the customer experience and sell more product.
GAAS is co-located with the Aftermarket eForum, which will be held May 22-23 and addresses the business technology challenges of the aftermarket.
