June 14, 2013—Caliber Collision Centers recently donated four refurbished vehicles to American military veterans in Texas and California through the National Auto Body Council’s (NABC) 2013 Recycled Rides project.
Several of Caliber’s insurance partners provided the donated vehicles, including Progressive, State Farm and Esurance.
“We especially appreciate the partnership with Progressive, Esurance, State Farm and other insurers as we continue to all work together throughout the year to thank our service men and women by providing them with reliable transportation,” said Steve Grimshaw, president and CEO of Caliber.
The following military veterans received the Recycled Rides vehicles:
– Thomas Griner, U.S. Marine veteran
– Melanie Morales, U.S. Navy veteran
– Henry Johnson, U.S. Army veteran
– Stephen Fletcher, U.S. Army veteran
“Our military service men and women give and sacrifice each and every day on our behalf, and we at Caliber never take that for granted,” Grimshaw said. “We are proud of our many associates who share these same values and who have donated countless personal hours to refurbish and repair vehicles that will help these veterans restore the rhythm of their lives.”
Caliber has donated 11 Recycled Rides vehicles this year overall.
