Sherwin-Williams’ EcoLean workshop heads to Florida

Oct. 26, 2012—Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes will host its next A-Plus EcoLean Level 2 workshop Nov. 14-15 at the Orlando Airport Marriott hotel in Orlando, Fla.
Sherwin-Williams said the two-day training will educate collision shop owners on the correlation between environmentally sound business decisions and the reduction of process and environmental waste. The workshop is meant to help shop operators maximize profitability, quality and output by improving productivity and eliminating waste.
Troy Neuerburg, marketing business services manager for Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes, said the workshop will cover the following specific topics:
• Building an environmental management system
• Repair planning for rapid throughout
• Shop tour and lean roundtable
• Compensation solutions for a lean environment
• EcoLean marketing
The workshop is open to all collision repair shop owners and managers who have attended either Sherwin-Williams’ EcoLean Level 1 workshop or “Improving Workshop Efficiency” class. Visit Sherwin-Williams’ website to register for the training event.
