Dec. 14, 2011—Audatex North America Inc. on Wednesday signed an exclusive, multi-year agreement with Claims Service Professionals (CSP), a national provider of multi-line claims adjustment services for insurance companies.
Through the agreement, Audatex said it will provide CSP with a suite of claims processing software solutions, including dispatch, estimating and compliance software.

Bernie Rayoni, chief operating officer of CSP, said the company selected Audatex after an extensive, multi-month review of available market options.
"In the end, it was the scalable and robust feature set of the Audatex suite that persuaded us to switch from our current software provider,” Rayoni said. “I am confident that this move will help us grow our business significantly over the next two years.
