Sept. 9, 2010

September 9, 2010—Mitchell International Inc. announced the release of its new claim system Mitchell ClaimIQ.

ClaimIQ, nicknamed “Scene Diagram,” allows its users to draw the chain of events leading up to a car accident, making the investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement process more efficient. The program integrates satellite images, multi-color labeling options and animation for speed and clarity, according to a company press release.

"We actively engage our customers in our software development process,” said John Gilmartin, vice president of product management and operations of Mitchell. “Enhancements provided with ClaimIQ's latest release are largely based on our customers' input and feedback."
