uParts Adds Michael Quinn to Executive Team

April 1, 2013

April 1, 2013—uParts Inc., a provider of cloud-based electronic parts procurement solutions, has named Michael Quinn as senior vice president of business development, the company announced Monday.

Quinn most recently served as senior vice president of industry and community relations for Caliber Collision Centers. Prior to joining Caliber, Quinn was co-founder and CEO of 911 Collision Centers, a seven-shop collision repair operation in Arizona and Nevada. Quinn sold 911 Collision Centers to Caliber in October 2011.

In 2012, Quinn completed a two-year term as chairman of the Collision Industry Conference, where he was inducted into the industry’s Hall of Eagles.

“I am thrilled to join the uParts team,” said Quinn. “They have developed a state-of-the-art cloud-based parts procurement platform that has been long overdue for shops and parts suppliers. Streamlining inefficient parts procurement processes will benefit these longtime trading partners, as well as vehicle owners and auto insurers, through improved repair experience.”
