Sept. 11, 2012—Audatex North America Inc. on Tuesday announced it will introduce a new claims and collision repair platform called AudaNet to the North American market during the 2012 NACE Expo in New Orleans.
Audatex said it will debut three solutions within the AudaNet platform that are targeted to different segments of the automotive claims and repair market. AudaNet Enterprise is designed for insurers and multiple shop operators (MSOs) to manage claim workflow throughout the repair process. AudaNet Xpert is designed for collision repair shops and appraisers to efficiently and accurately provide estimates, repairs and valuations of damaged vehicles. AudaNet Driver offers self-service communication tools to vehicle owners, such as tracking repair statuses.
"We are very excited to bring the industry's most innovative and intelligent automotive claims and collision repair platform to North America," said Wolfgang Ahrens, managing director of Audatex U.S. "From the first moment a collision occurs until that claim is settled, AudaNet is designed to streamline the entire process while providing vehicle owners with the best experience possible. By addressing the persistent challenges that take place throughout the claim and repair lifecycle, AudaNet unifies the myriad steps unlike any other solution available on the market."
Audatex said its AudaNet platform is currently used in Europe and processes more than 30,000 transactions daily. The technology has been optimized for the American market to help shops improve repair accuracy, cycle time and customer satisfaction.
