Aug. 9, 2016—Zara’s Collision Center and Collision Resources announced that they are collaborating on four educational offerings this fall.
The one-day courses, hosted at Zara’s Collision Center, will show attendees the industry-leading practices in place at Zara’s to help bring positive change to their own operations.
The four course topics include production and workflow management on Sept. 14, repair planning essentials on Sept. 15, creating culture through communication on Oct. 25, and moving to team on Oct. 26. Each course will run from approximately 8:45 a.m.-3:30 p.m. The cost for any one course is $500 and includes materials and lunch. Operations registering more than one person can do so for $400 per attendee.
“By sharing best-practices in an environment where participants can see them in use and interact with the very staff members who implemented and are now responsible for their day-to- day execution, we enable participants to envision those same best practices positively impacting their own operations,” Kent Carlson of Collision Resources said. “We expect customers will be just as thrilled with our new offerings as we apply this same approach to additional critical areas of collision repair operations.”
