ABRA Expands in Three States

Dec. 16, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced on Monday that it has expanded for the third time in 30 days with three separate transactions in three states.

In a growth move, ABRA announced the acquisition of Consolidated Collision Center in Park Forest, Ill.; three CARS Inc. locations in Knoxville, Tenn.; and Murdock Collision Center in Woods Cross, Utah.

The additional openings increases ABRA’s total repair center portfolio to 258 in 20 states.  

ABRA plans to continue expanding in the months and years ahead as part of its national growth strategy. It is actively seeking new opportunities to acquire repair centers and integrate them into its industry-leading operating system.
