NABC to Celebrate 20th Anniversary in Palm Springs

Dec. 10, 2014

Dec. 10, 2014—The National Auto Body Council (NABC) will host a 20th anniversary celebration for the organization in Palm Springs, Calif., Jan. 13-14.

The festivities kick off on Jan. 13 with a gala reception, and continues the next day with NABC’s Annual Golf Fundraiser.

“It’s a special week for all of us in the industry as we celebrate and recognize the many contributions NABC members have made over the past 20 years to build a positive image of our collision industry, ” Nick Notte, president of the NABC board of directors, said in a release. “We invite our industry colleagues to join us at our ‘thank you’ reception, and to continue to support our mission by participating in our Golf Fundraiser. “

The reception hosted by the NABC on Jan. 13 starts at 6 p.m. at Spencer’s Restaurant in Palm Springs, and will feature awards, door prizes and plenty of networking opportunities throughout the evening.

The NABC Golf Fundraiser is the organization’s single largest event to raise funds to support its community service initiatives—its Recycled Rides, First Responder Emergency Extrication, and Distracted Driving programs.

NABC’s signature Recycled Rides program will be highlighted as the Golf Fundraiser’s presenting sponsor Hertz and NABC member Pacific Elite Collision team up to donate a vehicle to a local Palm Springs resident.
