Jan. 12, 2016—Christina Rivera has been named CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts’ newest area director of operations, the company announced on Tuesday. In her new role, Rivera will provide operational direction to CARSTAR franchisees in the Northeast region.
Rivera has been in the collision industry since 1998. She has experience with systematic process implementation, identifying and correcting defects, KPIs, team building, estimating, consumer relations, partner development, employee training and maintaining leadership within the marketplace.
Rivera will report to Melissa Miller, CARSTAR’s vice president of operations.
