VehicleOwnersGuide Releases Cloud-Based Claims Management System

July 22, 2014

July 22, 2014—VehicleOwnersGuide.com announced last week it released its Peer2Peer Claims Management system aimed at helping repairers and insurers work together more efficiently.

The cloud-based Peer2Peer allows participating insurers to work with repair shops or independent appraisers without dispatching an assignment to them.

“Flexible, instant communications decrease cycle time by allowing direct communications to any adjustor from a repairer or an appraiser,” said Bob Sandkaut, product planning for VehicleOwnersGuide.com. “This latest innovation means an insurance adjustor can instantly receive claim estimates, documents or photographs without the shop or appraiser being in their claim system.”

The system takes less than two minutes to send claims documents and photographs to an adjustor, according to a company press release. It is also free for repairers to use, has no training or setup fees, and doesn’t require software installation due to being Internet based.
