June 30, 2015—The Boyd Group Inc. has acquired Phil Smead’s Auto Body Inc. in Battle Creek, Mich., the company announced.
The 19,000-square-foot collision repair center will now operate under Boyd Group’s Gerber Collision & Glass branding. This is the second location for Gerber Collision in Battle Creek.
Terms of the deal, which closed on June 12, were not disclosed.
