June 16, 2016—CCC Information Services Inc. announced Wednesday the availability of the new version of its CCC ONE UpdatePlus, designed to help shops more effectively communicate and engage with customers.
CCC ONE UpdatePlus now has the ability to schedule customer appointments within the software program and send automated text or email confirmations and reminders.
