Nov. 11, 2015—PPG Automotive Refinish announced on Tuesday that its ENVIROBASE High Performance and AQUABASE Plus branded products have earned the Good Housekeeping Seal issued by Good Housekeeping. The seal is issued and granted exclusively to products that have passed evaluation conducted by the experts at the Good Housekeeping Institute.
The ENVIROBASE High Performance and AQUABASE Plus advanced waterborne basecoats are becoming more popular as more shops move to low-VOC products.
“The Good Housekeeping Seal is a highly respected and trusted mark of excellence,” said Greg Benckart, vice president, Americas, PPG Automotive Refinish. “PPG is committed to providing the high-quality products that our customers can rely on day in and day out for their businesses. We’re very proud that the Envirobase High Performance and Aquabase Plus brands have once again earned the Good Housekeeping Seal; it’s significant, positive recognition of our work.”
PPG products were assessed by Good Housekeeping Institute scientists and engineers to ensure high quality product performance. The lab evaluated technical and and performance data to ensure product efficacy, low VOC levels and the ability to withstand environmental conditions.
