I-CAR Releases Full Training Schedule For NACE

June 25, 2014—I-CAR announced Wednesday its full training schedule for the 2014 NACE/CARS Expo & Conference, held July 31–Aug. 2 at the Cobo Center in Detroit.

The NACE/CARS event is being held in conjunction with Industry Week, which also includes the 2014 I-CAR Conference on July 30. 

The schedule will be:

Thursday, July 31                                                                           
8 a.m. to noon:  Full-Frame Partial Replacement (FFR01)     
8 a.m. to noon: Updated Steering and Suspension Damage Analysis (DAM06)
1–5 p.m.: Advanced Steering and Suspension Systems Damage Analysis (DAM15)
1–5 p.m.: Sectioning of Steel Unitized Structures (SPS11)
Friday, August 1
8 a.m. to noon: New Vehicle Technology and Trends 2014 (NEW14)
8 a.m. to noon: Aluminum Exterior Panel Repair and Replacement (APR01)
1–5 p.m.: Hazardous Materials, Personal Safety, and Refinish Safety (WKR01)
Saturday, August 2
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.: 2015 Ford F-150 Structural Repair Training Course (FOR06)

Several of the training courses being offered at the event are recently released or updated. The Aluminum Exterior Panel Repair and Replacement class is being premiered at Industry Week this year.

The Ford F-150 Structural Repair Training Course, paired with I-CAR’s Welding Training & Certification: Aluminum GMA Welding course also meets the 2015 F150 training requirements for the Ford National Body Shop Program.

To register for I-CAR trainings during Industry Week, attendees must first register for the 2014 NACE/CARS Expo & Conference at NaceExpo.com. I–CAR training can be selected by choosing “I-CAR Educational Offerings” during the NACE/CARS registration process.
