One month later, we've closed the poll on the question we asked about State Farm lowering labor rates in your area. We also received some comments from shop owners and operators for whom the insurer has maintained its rates but has lowered repair times on certain operations or refused them when others have approved them. We will compile these and share feedback at a later date.
