AISIN, ADVICS, JTEKT and DENSO reach agreement to develop software for automated driving

    Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd, ADVICS Co., Ltd., JTEKT Corporation and DENSO Corporation have reached a basic agreement to establish a joint venture company to develop integrated ECU software for automated driving and vehicle dynamics control.
