Racing legend Mario Andretti is now the owner of a tire dealership.

He recently greeted fans and signed autographs at the grand opening of a new Firestone Complete Auto Care center in Henderson, Nev.
“I have been part of the Firestone family for more than four decades – I’m proud to be a part of another great chapter for this company,” Andretti says.
As a longtime Firestone test driver Andretti helped develop the racing tire that led to many of his most notable achievements. Using Firestone tires, he won the Indy 500, Daytona 500, three of his Champ Car National Championships, the Dirt Track Championship, three Sebring endurance races and several Formula One victories.
As part of the grand opening festivities, the center presented a donation to the Black Mountain Senior Nutrition Program and the Green Valley High School Choir.
