All products in the EnvirobaseÒ and AquabaseÒ waterborne basecoat systems are included in the approval, Chrysler LLC’s PF-10537 Exterior Paint Refinish Material/Process Certification for Warranty Repair Paint Performance. These PPG waterborne systems join PPG’s Deltron, Global and Nexa Autocolor brands as Chrysler-approved PPG refinish systems. “By following Chrysler guidelines, repair facility technicians can be assured of a quality finish,” says Chrysler LLC’s Dealer Technical Operations Global Services Paint/Body Structures Manager Ron Nomura.. “PPG’s waterborne basecoat systems meet all the stringent requirements Chrysler LLC demands for its vehicle refinish repairs.” PPG and Nexa Autocolor waterborne basecoat systems are being used successfully by thousands of collision centers across Europe, where they have transitioned to stringent VOC regulations.
