Morgan's knowledge and experience in the technical and management aspects of the collision repair industry made him the top pick in Spanesi SpA's candidate search, the company said.
With more than 36 years in the collision repair industry, Morgan has held positions in sales, technical and training areas, and most recently managing director positions for international equipment suppliers, as well as being a former technician, shop manager, collision repair facility owner and director/educator of a collision repair training program for a technical college. Morgan's positions also have given him international experience with projects in Europe and Asia.
"Working internationally I noticed Spanesi's simple technical approach to equipment and repairs. This, coupled with the passion Orazio Spanesi and his family have for the collision business, has inspired me to head this project," Morgan said. "Over the past couple years, I have been looking for that 'new' approach to the collision equipment industry while assisting companies that needed leadership and stability.
