National Autobody Parts Warehouse achieves ISO certification

National Autobody Parts Warehouse, Grand Prairie, Texas, recently underwent another successful independent audit of the ISO 9001 standard  for warehouse and distribution of automotive replacement parts.  Results of the Customer Satisfaction Index survey, conducted by Smithers Quality Assessment, Inc., ranked National Autobody Parts Warehouse  as outstanding in the areas of overall performance, quality, delivery performance, responsiveness, cost and communication.

The company has been ISO 9001 certified since 2008. Its OUTSTANDING ratings ISO 9001: 2008 CSI Survey in 2013 are as follows:
