National Autobody Parts Warehouse, Grand Prairie, Texas, recently underwent another successful independent audit of the ISO 9001 standard for warehouse and distribution of automotive replacement parts. Results of the Customer Satisfaction Index survey, conducted by Smithers Quality Assessment, Inc., ranked National Autobody Parts Warehouse as outstanding in the areas of overall performance, quality, delivery performance, responsiveness, cost and communication.
“By having an independent review and setting ourselves to a higher standard, this helps to ensures greater success for all of our customers,” says Mike Dolabi, president.
