Automechanika Chicago to award 2,000 scholarships to Automechanika Chicago presents Motor Age Training Live
Automechanika Chicago and its organizers Messe Frankfurt and Advanstar Communications, Inc. will award 2,000 educational scholarships for automotive service and collision repair technicians to take part in the seminar program Automechanika Chicago presents Motor Age Training Live.
Motor Age Training Live is a three-day training event taking place at Automechanika Chicago, April 24-26, 2015 at McCormick Place West in Chicago, IL. The training program offers 116 sessions from 58 speakers and covers both the service repair and collision repair industries. The retail price to attend the three days is $400.
“We’re giving back to the industry by awarding $800,000 worth of critical education,” said Jim Savas, Vice President of Advanstar Automotive Group. “Techs need to stay up to date on the latest technologies and innovations so their businesses can continue to thrive.”
“The program for Automechanika Chicago presents Motor Age Training Live features over 116 classes presented by the best trainers,” said Dennis Smith, President of Messe Frankfurt North America. “This will be the largest training program in North America designed specifically for shop owners and technicians.”
Exhibitors at Automechanika Chicago also have the opportunity to contribute to this scholarship program by sponsoring a technician. So far, 900 out of the 2,000 scholarships have been funded by exhibitors.
