Tony Lombardozzi and Peter Abdelmaseh, owners of Superare Advertising & Marketing Agency, will host a full day seminar entitled, “Collecting Your Short-Pays Successfully,” in Waltham, MA on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This seminar will address every issue involved in the short-pay collection process, including a full explanation of what the company refers to as the “Insurer Control & Payment System” or “ICPS.”

“Once the shop owner fully comprehends the ICPS, then he or she will understand why insurers use underpayments as a negotiating technique. That knowledge will help shop owners craft their own strategy to recover those lost dollars,” says Tony Lombardozzi, a longtime independent shop advocate. “If executed properly, shops can establish a short-pay collection system that can add thousands of dollars to their profits,” adds Lombardozzi.

Beginning with the “ideal body shop repair transaction,” Tony and Peter will explore several options that shop owners may choose in order to charge and collect fully for every product and service provided to their customers. “Some shop owners are confused as to which documents to use and the steps they can take to resolve their short-pays. We will present the most logical steps, including using the court system, and explore the advantages and disadvantages of each choice. Seminar participants will leave with the knowledge they will need to confidently take action on their short-pays,” says Abdelmaseh.

Each participant will also have the opportunity to discuss options after they return to their shops. Tony and Peter are including a follow-up phone call to answer any lingering questions any participant may have. Lombardozzi says, “people go to seminars and forget the details when they get back to their day-to-day responsibilities at their shops. This follow-up call will actually help them to fully execute their plans. We want to help them.”

The seminar will be held at The Forefront Conference Center, located just off Route 128/I-95 (“America’s Technology Highway”) in Waltham, MA. The center is host to events for dozens of the largest technology firms around the globe and its meeting facilities, classroom amenities, and food are extraordinary. The seminar costs $249.00. Additional attendees from the same shop are charged $179.00. Attorneys are welcomed to attend. PayPal credit card payments can be made on the Superare website.
