Harris Williams & Co. reports the sale of Kadel’s Auto Body (Kadel’s), a portfolio company of KCB Private Equity (KCB), to ABRA Auto Body & Glass (ABRA), a portfolio company of Hellman & Friedman (H&F).

Kadel’s is a leading provider of auto body repair services in the Pacific Northwest. The transaction was led by Joe Conner of Harris Williams & Co.’s Transportation & Logistics Group and Ryan Budlong, Matt Conaty, and Zach England of the firm’s Consumer Group.
