Uni-Select Inc. announced Aug. 3 that its FinishMaster subsidiary completed the acquisition of the assets of Painters Supply Co. in Colorado. This acquisition broadens FinishMaster’s footprint in the Denver and Fort Collins metropolitan areas and expands operations in the industrial and architectural segments.
Painters Supply has operated in the Colorado market since 1981. Operating from two locations, the team has steadily grown the business through customer-focused activity in management and technical assistance, process improvement, and long-standing customer relationships. Combined, the team has over 225 years of industry experience. FinishMaster currently operates 5 additional locations in Colorado.
