In early 2015, millennials surpassed Generation X as the largest generation in the U.S. work force. That trend will continue as more millennials enter the work place, so aftermarket businesses should consider investing in their millennial employees.

Millennials tend to seek a structured work environment with coaching and teamwork, so aftermarket businesses should use a hands-on approach to coaching millennial employees. Coaching helps not only allows them to gain experience, it also makes them feel like valued employees. Employees who feel valued are more likely to stay with your company.
