U.S. Senate subcommittee holds hearing addressing legislation to amend Clean Air Act

S. 263, introduced by Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., would amend the Clean Air Act by revising the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) program to allow more time to implement the 2015 standards.
