Assured Performance, North America’s largest Certified Collision Repair Network, has entered into an agreement with Advantego Technologies Inc. of Irvine, Calif. to deliver a new, cutting-edge technology called “eLOBBY.”
eLOBBY is a proprietary and exclusive internet-based multi-media delivery system that electronically displays shop-specific commercial messaging, official Certification signage, and Automaker-branded consumer education videos directly to consumers eLOBBY will allow shops to deliver highly credible “OEM Certified Repair Provider” messaging, select signage, and shop-specific advertising to consumers as they arrive to a shop’s lobby. Advantego and Assured Performance developed eLOBBY to help shops reinforce their branding and leverage their OEM certifications to build consumer trust. The eLOBBY system is easily customizable and delivers multimedia content via TV monitors, counter displays, and/or digital picture frames to enhance customer’s on-site experience.

eLOBBY is a revolutionary eMarketing tool that is integral to promoting the OEM Certification 2.0 - CRP Model. All Automakers participating in the Assured Performance joint-effort Certification program offer a series of consumer messages surrounding the value and importance of their OEM Certification. Using eLOBBY, Certified Repair providers can display these OEM messages interlaced with their official certification signage. As part of the ongoing service provided by Advantego through their exclusive agreement with Assured Performance, Certified Collision Care Providers can also add their own TV commercials, before and after pictures, consumer testimonials, and other consumer-facing information.
