Colors On Parade will be attending and speaking at the Fixed Ops Magazine Conference & Expo, Nov. 13-15 in Las Vegas. Speakers include Colors’ National Sales Director, Ray Harcum and New York Area Developer Butch Truitt. Ray and Butch will be speaking on the topic, “Using Reconditioning to Increase Profits.”

Ray Harcum is the National Sales Director for Colors On Parade. Ray has recently joined the team at Colors On Parade, with over 18 years of sales experience. Most of his sales experience stems from the pharmaceutical world where he served 13 years. Harcum has helped launch CarLove Recon Advantage, manages franchise sales and consistently networks through shows and conferences in the industry. Butch Truitt is an Area Developer with Colors On Parade in the Hudson Valley, NY area. He has been working for Colors On Parade for 16 years, and currently has seven employees working in his area. Prior to working for Colors, Butch had a successful drywall business for 12 years.

This year’s conference will be the second year in a row Colors On Parade will be featured as a speaker. At the 2016 conference, Butch Truitt spoke on the topic of “Paintless Dent Repair and Light Body Work.” Colors On Parade’s presentation will incorporate traditional reconditioning such as paint, interior, glass wheel and dents, along with protection programs, Master Vendor Programs and service drive. The presentation will also cover the benefits of using Reconditioning programs, which includes: fixed pricing, no employee costs, increased preowned sales, decreased cycle times and a Recon expert running the program.

The conference also provides an opportunity to meet with many of the leading companies in the dealership Fixed Operations business. Attendees will have the chance to learn about the products, services, technologies and solutions that they can put to work in their dealerships. Some of the exhibitors in attendance along with Colors On Parade will be: AutoLoop, CDK Global, DealerPro Training, NADA, PDQ Manufacturing, TSD Rental Management Software and more.

"We are very honored to have been invited back for the second year in a row to speak at the Fixed Ops Convention," said Jeff Cox, president and CEO for Colors on Parade. "We look forward to the opportunity to learn more about other companies within the industry, as well as networking in order to form new partnerships with Colors On Parade."

Since 2004, Fixed Ops Magazine has been the #1 dealership Fixed Operations information source, filled with use-it-right-now business-building guidance. Like Fixed Ops Magazine, the Fixed Ops Conference & Expo focuses on the Fixed Ops world to help dealerships accomplish three things: boost profitability, improve efficiency and raise customer retention.
