Allstate Insurance Co. was recognized as an I-CAR Gold Class Professionals business for the second consecutive year. Gold class is the highest recognition for training in the industry.

In 2011, Allstate received the Gold Class designation at the corporate level. Today, there are only five other insurance carriers that are part of this network. Insurance businesses can earn the Gold Class designation at a corporate level as Allstate has, or at a business unit or location level.

“Allstate is pleased to have earned the Gold Class designation for a second straight year, said Randy Hanson, Allstate Auto Director. “Through our continued training with I-CAR, our adjusters have the opportunity to advance their knowledge base, continually improve their estimating accuracy, and deliver quality customer service.”

Businesses that have earned the I-CAR Gold Class Professionals® business designation are required to achieve high levels of training as well as maintain ongoing annual training.

John Van Alstyne, I-CAR CEO & President stated, “Allstate continues to demonstrate its dedication to the industry by providing its appraisers with a solid professional development platform.

“The training accomplishments inherent in the Gold Class designation enables Allstate’s appraisers with the skills and knowledge required to continuously improve their effectiveness, ultimately translating to great customer service.”
