DCR Systems is excited to announce that Dave Martin has been named director of operations. In his new role, Martin will lead operational standards across all the company’s markets, including Ohio, New York, North Carolina and Massachusetts.

“Over the past several years, David has displayed an amazing ability to build future company leaders,” said Michael Giarrizzo, CEO of DCR Systems’ dealer-based collision centers. “His team-building skills and commitment to excellence go unmatched. He is well respected by all in our company and we are very proud to have him in this role.”

“We were fortunate when Dave joined our team seven years ago,” said Cheryl Boswell, CFO of DCR Systems. “Dave is very disciplined and is both a student and a teacher of the DCR Systems Process. He will help us take our teams to the next level as we continue to expand.”

Martin began working in the collision repair industry in 2001, after serving four years in the Marine Corps. Over the next several years, he worked at several body shops, including Sterling Auto Body in Ohio. He joined DCR Systems in 2013, where he supported the front office staff at Classic Accident Repair Center in Mentor, Ohio. He then moved to Metro Accident Repair Center in Brookpark, Ohio, where he is currently based.

Martin said he is eager and looking forward to working with the DCR Systems’ team.

“DCR Systems has a lot of great people at the company,” said Martin. “In my new role, I will guide and develop our leaders and help them empower their teams to reach their full potential, not only on a business level but also in personal development.”

As director of operations, he plans to continue building a culture that focuses on the complete repair experience using the DCR Systems Process while providing a great customer experience.

Martin said that DCR is a forward-thinking company and very focused on repairing vehicles according to OEM procedures.

“As vehicle complexity has increased, it is more important now than ever before to restore cars to their original specifications,” he said. “This is a top priority at DCR Systems and what sets us apart as a company.”
