Caliber Acquires 10 Los Angeles Shops

Jan. 3, 2013—Caliber Collision Centers on Wednesday announced the acquisition of Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers, an operator of 10 collision repair locations in the Los Angeles market.

“Our acquisition of Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers increases our market coverage and further improves customer convenience in California,” said Steve Grimshaw, CEO of Caliber. “After spending time with Hi-Tech’s management team, it quickly became apparent that Hi-Tech Collision and Glass provides Caliber Collision with a high quality and operationally sound company focused on customer service.”

With the acquisition, Caliber now operates 122 locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Oklahoma.
