Sept. 28, 2012—Service King Collision Repair Centers has acquired Collision Specialists of Texas, a 37,000-square-foot repair center based in Mansfield, Texas.
Service King said the transaction is expected to close October 12.
With the addition of Collision Specialists, Service King now operates 24 collision repair facilities in the Dallas-Forth Worth market, and 51 total locations throughout Texas.
“Collision Specialists has a reputation for quality repairs and excellent customer service. Service King is excited to be able to service the Mansfield and surrounding areas with this new location,” said Brent McKinney, vice president of Service King’s Dallas-Forth Worth market. “The facility will allow Service King to service the Mansfield market offering growth and promotional opportunities to our new teammates.”
