Feb. 3, 2015—Discount Car and Truck Rentals announced Tuesday that it has joined TD Insurance to become part of its “one-stop” collision repair program.
The partnership with Discount Car and Truck Rentals sets up TD Insurance’s program in Calgary, which will provide onsite insurance adjusters, collision repair professionals, and car and truck replacement rentals all under one roof for TD Insurance policy holders visiting: 4700, 1st Street SE, Calgary.
The goal, according to a release, is to provide TD Insurance customers with all the steps of a collision repair at one location with one point-of-contact (a TD Insurance representative) throughout the entire claims process.
"We know repairing your vehicle is a stressful time and having to go to multiple locations to get what you need just adds to that stress," Jay Singer, president of Discount Car and Truck Rentals, said in a release "We're pleased to partner with TD Insurance to give onsite customer service that will surely impress TDI's policyholders."
