July 28, 2015—On Monday, CARSTAR Russom’s Dyersburg (Dyersburg, Tenn.) announced that it has obtained certification through Assured Performance Collision Care for maintaining the right tools, equipment, training, and facility necessary to repair participating automaker brand vehicles back to the manufacturer’s specifications.

With this certification, CARSTAR Russom’s Dyersburg is now officially recognized by Assured Performance, FCA, GM, Enterprise, Ford, Nissan.

CARSTAR Russom’s Dyersburg is now part of a group of Certified Collision Care Providers, which includes only collision repair businesses that have passed the certification process to ensure a proper and safe repair of vehicles.

This certification means that Collision Care service is now available in the Dyersburg, Tenn., area. Collision Care is an advanced collision repair and service experience performed exclusively by certified repair providers. Less than 5 percent of body shops are able to meet these requirements.

“We’ve worked hard to stay ahead of the curve in the collision repair industry,” according to Brad Russom, owner of CARSTAR Russom’s Dyersburg. “This official certification demonstrates that commitment to our customers. We take pride in our highly trained technicians, who use the latest tools and equipment to deliver a top quality repair and the best customer service.”

“Consumers need the confidence and peace of mind in knowing their vehicle is repaired by a shop that has what it takes to ensure the vehicle safety. CARSTAR Russom’s Dyersburg is officially a Collision Care Provider™,” said Scott Biggs, CEO of Assured Performance Collision Care. “They represent the standard by which all other body shops are measured.”
