Symach FlyDry Hybrid

July 19, 2022

Symach FlyDry Hybrid drying robot is ideal for the cure of conventional or UV products and can be retrofit to your existing spray booth and in your preparation bays. Its large panels cover the vertical sides of the car from bottom to top and move automatically along the booth. This provides quick drying of the complete side of the car. It can be also placed horizontally to dry the roof of the vehicle. The IR/UV lamps focus curing on the painted surface of the vehicle instead of warming the complete vehicle. This will not raise interior or undercar/underhood temperatures and avoids excess heat to electric batteries and vehicle’s electronics. As we move into the world of electric vehicles and carbon management plans, according to the company, infrared technology and UV will be at the forefront of curing technology.
