Since 2014, Peter has led the transformation of Import Auto, Inc. into Fix Auto Chicago, aligning with the national Fix Auto USA network and building a strong reputation across the midwest. His leadership earned him a place on the Fix Auto Franchise Advisory Board and the title of Fix Auto USA’s 2017 Franchisee of the Year in recognition of his strategic thinking, strong performance, and forward-leaning leadership.

A champion of lean process implementation and continuous improvement, Peter introduced production and workflow changes that significantly reduced cycle times and more than doubled shop revenue. His work has set benchmarks for operational efficiency and elevated standards across his region.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Peter is a servant-based leader who actively contributes to performance groups, CIC, SCRS, and other national forums. Through his consulting firm, Wrench Partners LLC, he mentors shop owners, helping them solve real-world challenges and improve profitability.
