Boyd Group closes Cars Collision Center deal

July 5, 2011 — Boyd Group Income Fund on Monday announced the completion of its acquisition of Cars Collision Center Colorado, LLC and Cars Collision Center, LLC.

The deal cost the Boyd Group $21 million and brought 14 shops in Illinois, eight in northern Indiana and six in Colorado under its operation. The Boyd Group now runs a total of 164 repair centers across North America, including 127 in 13 U.S. states and 37 in the four western provinces of Canada.
