May 22, 2012

May 22, 2012—Caliber Collision Centers recently acquired two new collision repair facilities—Crown Collision based in Gilbert, Ariz., and a former 911 Collision franchise based in Tempe, Ariz.

Caliber said its new 26,000-square-foot repair facility in Gilbert, Ariz., officially opened May 17. The company’s new location in Tempe, Ariz., opened May 21.

“These new centers create additional Caliber Collision capacity across the Arizona market as we provide our insurance clients the customer focus, operational consistency and cost management they require in today’s competitive insurance market,” said Steve Grimshaw, CEO of Caliber.

Caliber now operates seven collision repair facilities in the Arizona market, and a total of 106 locations throughout California, Texas, Nevada and Arizona.
