ABRA Joins NABC as Diamond-Level Sponsor
May 28, 2013—Brooklyn Center, Minn.–based multi-shop operation ABRA Auto Body & Glass has become the newest diamond-level sponsor of the National Auto Body Council (NABC).
ABRA said its long-standing commitment to being a socially conscious company dedicated to giving back to the communities in which it operates is the driving force behind its effort to become a diamond-level member of the NABC—the organization’s highest level of sponsorship.
“ABRA is a recognized industry name with a long history and a solid reputation not only for quality work, but for giving back to the localities in which they do business,” said Chuck Sulkala, executive director of the NABC. “Their philosophy not only aligns with the goals of the National Auto Body Council, but ABRA’s visibility in doing selfless good work will directly contribute to our mission to elevate the image of our industry. It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome them aboard.”
ABRA said it plans to leverage its substantial footprint of 173 collision repair facilities throughout 17 U.S. states to support the NABC and the organization’s efforts to positively promote the collision repair industry.
“One of the long-term goals of ABRA is to have all of our repair centers actively and positively involved in local communities,” said Tim Adelmann, executive vice president of ABRA. “With our diamond-level membership this goal can be a reality, especially since it meshes with the National Auto Body Council’s mission to improve the image of the collision industry across the country.”
