Jan. 15, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced Monday that it has purchased X2 Collision in Maryville, Illinois.
“For many years, our repair center has been a trusted part of the community,” said Scott Jennings, owner of X2 Collision. “ABRA’s superior service, excellent reputation, and industry-leading processes make it a win-win for customers, employees and business partners.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The location will be renamed under the ABRA brand.
According to a press release_notes, X2 employees will join the ABRA staff.
