AASP Industry Improvement Grant deadline approaching

Oct. 4, 2011—The application deadline for the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers (AASP) 2012 Industry Improvement Grant is Oct. 7.

The Industry Improvement Grant initiative was established by AASP in 2010. The grant provides funding for innovative and collaborative projects and programs that address unmet needs within the mechanical and collision repair industries, according to AASP.

Grant proposals must have a sponsoring AASP affiliate, or involvement with the AASP national office.

The AASP is a coalition of associations that serve more than 8,500 members of the automotive service industry. AASP participants are committed to sharing information, knowledge and other resources for the benefit of its members.
