NABC Accepting Award Nominations

July 15, 2013

July 15, 2013— The National Auto Body Council (NABC) is now accepting nominations for its Award of Distinction and Body Shop Image Award.

The NABC describes the Award of Distinction as “transcending the rigors of daily business to uncover those helping the world around them without a thought of recognition for themselves." The recipient could be a vehicle manufacturer, supplier, vendor, educator, insurer, independent appraiser or trade association that has presented bravery, philanthropy, charity or selfless acts of kindness.

“The collision repair industry is a dynamic profession that continually adapts to best address the challenges facing it,” said Chuck Sulkala, national director of the NABC.

The Body Shop Image Award recognizes a facility remodeling project completed during either 2012 or 2013.

The winners will receive a trip for two anywhere in the continental U.S., including a two-night stay and some spending money.

Submissions must be made by Sept. 15. For more information visit the NABC website.
