Feb. 26, 2013—Pam Overton, claims vice president for Allstate Insurance, has joined the Collision Repair Education Foundation's board of trustees.

Overton has served Allstate since 1981, and has held several claims positions and leadership roles in the insurance field.

“I’m excited to be a part of such a forward-thinking and well-respected group of trustees,” Overton said. “In this role, I’ll have the chance to influence the industry’s future and I look forward to that opportunity and working with such a distinguished group.”

The Education Foundation's board of trustees consists of industry members who provide guidance in the organization’s efforts to support secondary and post-secondary collision students nationwide.

“I would like to thank Pam for joining our board of trustees,” said Clark Plucinski, executive director of the Education Foundation. “She will be a valuable addition to our group of industry members who volunteer their time to assist our organization in providing support to the industry’s future professionals.”
